Community Gathering in the Woods - Sywell Northampton

We’ve been gathering in this special private woodland in Sywell for the past 3 years now, and we’re so excited to come together here again. The energy of this place is something else a community-focused, gentle, and real. A space to just come and be.

We’ll begin by opening the space with a soft breathwork journey, guided by Emma ,guardian of the land and a trained breathwork facilitator. It’s a beautiful way to arrive and drop into the space.

After that, we’ll share the cacao — a gentle and powerful heart medicine. I’ll be holding this part of the gathering. I’ve been trained and initiated into this medicine through the Mayan lineage and have spent time on the lands in Mexico where this cacao is grown. It’s a real honour to bring it here and share it in this way.

Once we’ve connected to our hearts, we’ll move into Freedom…
