Then we will be starting off with a beautiful heart connection meditation with Racheal from the Silent Revolution

 It’s rising up of the Wisdom of your own Heart so Love can lead the way to empower your day. It’s a practice of deep listening, not to your conditioning, habitual patterns, convoluted thoughts, limiting beliefs and judgements, but to the Love in your Heart and the fire in your belly. It’s from a place of connection with yourself. It’s learning to trust the voice of your Soul. It’s feeling fear and transforming it into useable energy and insight through listening to your Heart Wisdom.

This takes us nicely into the Freedom Dance with Estella (using a sound system, not headsets)

Curating a mix from a lot of the artists coming to the play at the "Back To The Roots" Festival this year. I am inspired to share the music that has played a big part in my life and healing in my Freedom Dance set to give you the feelings and story behind the music I use and how this has inspired me to bring these amazing artists to Back To the Roots. 

After the dance relax and settle down to the sounds of the Gong with John

John is a musician by nature, coming from the music world, sound plays a significant role in his life, the connection to his Chau Gong is one of them, more recently rippling these vibrations out into the Conscious Buddy events and ceremonies
