Come and join us for another Freedom Dance gathering outdoors at Loudwater Farm in the beautiful valley of the River Chess in Rickmansworth where we will share Cacao together in ceremony with my daughter Lilly guiding us through this beautiful heart opening sacred medicine, Dance with the headsets as ,I, Estella Creates a set for you to journey in movement and then relax as John my partner takes you through a gong sound journey. To close, lets share and integrate with our commUNITY with our intentions and reflections as we enter into hibernation season. (If weather allows we will gather around a fire, otherwise there is an alternative indoor space for the event to take place within Loudwater farm grounds)

About Estella, the creator of the Conscious Buddy Community, Freedom Dance and the Back To The Roots Festival - 

My music is medicine music from artists all over the world, I particularly like to play music that incorporates tribal ancient sounds from instruments that have been around for thousands of years and used in indigenous tribes, I like to mix these up to create sounds with a modern twist.'  Dance has been used as a ritual since the beginning of time for rites of passage, celebrations, and even death. When we dance we dance for our ancestors, each step a prayer, an honoring and remembrance.  This is an invitation to dance in freedom with no particular structure, from a place deep within the heart as we come together in commUNITY.'  "Estella is a Visionary and creator Her career in the well-being industry over 18 years has been diverse and ever-evolving. Estella has been running Conscious dance sober events for the last 6 years, runs Conscious retreats worldwide and collaborated with many musicians, and facilators, since deciding to train to DJ herself 3 years ago, Freedom Dance was born."

About Lilly -

 In 2022 Lilly trekked across Mexico with a retreat group led by her Mother Estella (Creator of the @consciousbuddy Community) to visit the community that cultivate and grow the cacao in the jungle of Chiapas Mexico. Learning how the community live from their own eco-systems and how the cacao is grown and harvested for us to receive in its purest form. Lilly has a deep connection to the cacao which has also inspired Lillys musical journey.

About John - 

John, Estella's partner, has been involved with the setting up of past events and as a previous singer/songwriter of a band for 15 years, music is in his blood, through his healing journey, this has grown and birthed into offering DJ sets with spiritual melodic house music and sound healing immersion with the Gong. As well as staying inspired to write his own songs.

What is Freedom Dance -

Freedom Dance is moving the body with no particular structure, it is a way to get fully in touch with your feelings without judgment, to tap into Joy, sadness, bliss, and everything in between, it is a dance of life and all that life offers us, when we dance with it all, the energy has a channel, the body being a beautiful instrument for this.

The music will be a varied and diverse mix using different artists that purposely create music using instrumental sounds and words that resonate with the emotional body that will take the cells on an incredible journey. 

What is a Cacao Ceremony -

Cacao is a sacred, heart-opening medicine that has been used in ceremony for thousands of years by tribes in South & Central America. The ceremonial grade cacao that we use in our retreats and events is unprocessed and alive in spirit, from Chiapas Mexico. On a physical level, cacao can help us form new pathways in our brain to release serotonin & dopamine, bringing feelings of joy and bliss; it's also full of beneficial minerals such as magnesium, copper, zinc & iron which nourish our bodies. On an energetic level, cacao helps to open the heart and release blocked emotions & stagnant energy.

What is a Gong sound healing -

Gong meditation is a unique type of sound practice that involves using therapeutic gong sounds and vibrations to bring about healing

• Drug & Alcohol-free event, because we have all the energy & courage we need right here inside of us!
• Headphones are supplied. Please bring water, a blanket & something to sit on like a Yoga Mat.
• Wear comfortable clothing

Tickets are non-refundable but can be sold on, please email me with the new name to info@consciousbuddycommunity.com

If the event needs to be canceled for this date, a new date will be made and your ticket will be transferred to the next Freedom Dance event. Or a full refund minus booking fees on request.
